We may collect and process the following data about you: Information that you provide by using our photographic experiences, including your name, contact number and email address. This includes information provided at the time of registering to use our experience.
How do we process your personal data?
Say Fromage Ltd complies with its obligations where your personal data is concerned by storing and destroying it securely; by not collecting or retaining excessive amounts of data; by protecting personal data from loss, misuse, unauthorised access and disclosure and by ensuring that appropriate technical measures are in place to protect personal data we hold.
We use your personal data for the following purposes: -
The personal data you provide us with is captured by our software and forwarded to our third party client, as identified when you entered your details.
Sharing your personal data
Your personal data will be treated as strictly confidential, and will be shared only with the client that you authorised to share your data with when you opted-in on our photographic experience.
How long do we keep your personal data?
Any captured personal data on our photographic experiences is securely removed from our photographic experiential hardware when it is returned to our studio or instantly uploaded to a sever depending on the software. It is transferred to our secure data server and forwarded to the client as soon as possible post-event. Once the client has confirmed that they have received the data, we will permanently delete the data from our photographic experiential hardware and our secure server.
Your rights and your personal data
Unless subject to an exemption under the GDPR, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data:
The right to request a copy of your personal data which the we hold about you; The right to request that we corrects any personal data if it is found to be inaccurate or out of date;
The right to request your personal data is erased where it is no longer necessary for us to retain such data;
The right to withdraw your consent to the processing at any time;
The right to request that we provide the data subject with your personal data and
where possible, to transmit that data directly to another data controller
The right, where there is a dispute in relation to the accuracy or processing of your
personal data, to request a restriction is placed on further processing;
The right to object to the processing of personal data
The right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioners Office about our

Changes To Our Privacy Policy
Any changes we may make to our privacy policy in the future will be posted on our website www.sayfromage.co.uk. We will update the “Last Updated” date when we update this policy.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted via the internet to our clients; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.
